About this Project
Unified New Member Onboarding (NMO) brought all regions a unified curriculum for New Members with a consistent level of activity and engagement, enhances the experience for team members, improves the customer experience, improves company-wide reporting and ROI, and decreases unwanted turnover. 
This large cross-functional project involved stakeholders within every corner of the company. The messaging and lessons we teach during this program impacted the company globally, so it was crucial that we got them right.
