About this Project
Presented a series of two live 1-hour webinars on the topics of Trust, Empowerment, and Delegation at Whole Foods Market. Through the series, Team Leaders across the company self-assessed on four dimensions of trust and learned how to enhance and develop trust with their team members. They also learned how to evaluate engagement and development of their team, focusing on delegation and Team Member empowerment. 
Using real stories from the stores and practical scenarios, we engaged with more than 1,500 Team Leaders on how to help them better build trust, empower, and delegate within their teams.
